  • This is a lot of great insight! Thank you all for sharing. I love Dave’s comment about pretending to sit across from someone. Whenever I’m dealing with a customer, I always ask myself, what I can do to over deliver and exceed the customer’s expectations. It is good to see that there are other people that care about the people they serve.
